Understanding and Resolving Conflict Workshop for MBP Faculty

On Thursday, January 26th from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, the MBP Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee is hosting a virtual workshop entitled ‘Understanding and Resolving Conflict’, presented by the Centre for Graduate Mentorship & Supervision (CGMS). All MBP Faculty are encouraged to attend.

About this workshop - The Understanding and Resolving Conflict Workshop helps participants understand how conflict escalates, explains the meaning of polarities and paradoxes in conflict, and offers models on how to better understand conflict, whether the conflict is incident or issue based. Participants will be provided with opportunities to examine conflict cases through the lens of the conflict models and will develop approaches while working through the conflict examples. Participants should develop a deeper understanding of conflict and ways in which conflict may be resolved.
