2019 Geneva Park Retreat
The Medical Biophysics Annual Retreat at Geneva Park will be held Sunday, September 22 to Tuesday, September 24, 2019. Geneva Park is located on Lake Couchiching about a two hour drive from Toronto.
There will be buses available for those who do not make their own arrangements for transportation. The Geneva Park Retreat has evolved into a great way for students and faculty in Medical Biophysics to meet and learn about their research programs in a relaxed and bucolic setting. There will be a Departmental meeting, keynote talk, talks from faculty and students, and an award banquet, as well as generous time in the program for recreation, for which Geneva Park provides many opportunities. The cost for the retreat is wholly covered by the Department. All we require is that you attend the entire program for which you are registered: those who choose not to will be charged the full cost of their accommodation.
There will be one going up to Geneva Park on Sunday, September 22 to accommodate those who signed up for a bus ride. To catch the bus, please be sure you are in the lobby of PMCRT by 11:00 am -- see below for further details:
Where: MaRS Centre, PMCRT, 101 College Street (Elizabeth and College) Bus will arrive at PMCRT at 11:15 am Bus will depart promptly at 11:30 am
There will be two buses coming back from Geneva Park to PMCRT on Tuesday, September 24 to accommodate those who signed up for a bus ride. Bus will arrive at Geneva Park at 1:30 pm Bus will depart promptly at 1:45 pm
